The 'secret' to maintaining a slim and healthy body: “It makes all the difference”

In addition to exercise, the model also has a strict eating routine. After several questions from her followers, she revealed her trick.

"I get a lot of messages asking how I manage to eat dinner so early (usually between 6 and 7 p.m.). The answer is simple: I eat according to the daylight," he revealed, then explained: "As the light fades, I reduce my food intake. My highest calorie intake comes from the first meals: breakfast and lunch. Dinner is light and early."
Finally, she offered some advice to her fans: "Eating strategically makes all the difference, not only in terms of energy, but also in the quality of sleep. I'm usually in bed by 9:30 or 10 p.m.."
Furthermore, the Portuguese star does not dispense with intermittent fasting.
